  2. Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns requested after this period may be declined.
  3. Costs: The initial shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

2. Partial Returns

If you wish to return only part of your order, the above conditions still apply.

Please note that: Partial returns may affect eligibility for free shipping promotions. If your original order qualified for free shipping based on a minimum spend threshold, and the value of your order falls below this threshold after a partial return, the cost of the original shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.

Each returned item will be inspected upon receipt. Only items meeting our return criteria will be refunded.

 

3. Exchanges

We understand that sometimes an alternative size, color, or style is needed. Here’s how you can exchange your purchase:

  1. Contact: contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. We will guide you through the process.
  2. Ship: ship the item back to us as directed. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the new item to you.
  3. Cost: Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges, depending on your location and the nature of the exchange.

 

4. Important Notes
  1. Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
  2. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  3. Please note that refund may need 14 business days for the processing of your return or exchange.
